Are your crews background-checked?
Yes. Every Bare Clean crew member passes a comprehensive background check, identity verification, and hands-on training — and they're fully insured and bonded to $2M.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. Your crew arrives with everything they need, including industrial-grade equipment and pet- and kid-safe products. Prefer we use your products? Just let us know.
What does the 5-year guarantee cover?
If you're unhappy with any detail, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean it, free — for five years from your first service.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
It's up to you. Many clients are out for the day. You can provide a door code or hide-a-key, or stay and walk the space with the lead at the end.
Do you service my neighbourhood?
We cover Vancouver proper and the North Shore — Downtown, Yaletown, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, North and West Vancouver — plus Burnaby, Richmond, and New Westminster. Don't see your area? Call us; we're expanding.
How does your pricing work?
Simple flat-rate pricing based on the size of your space — never by the hour. You'll always know your exact price before you book.
Can I schedule a recurring service?
Absolutely. Recurring plans are our most popular option and save you up to 20%, with the same trusted crew each visit.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. No fees, no penalties.
